While experiencing the joy of living in Big Sur for many years, I was blessed to be able to complete an in-house certification program in Esalen massage. I later completed a 500-hour Esalen massage program.

 

After being introduced to yoga at Esalen Institute, I completed a 500-hour yoga teacher certification program at Mount Madonna Center.

 

Other training and experience includes studying Thai massage in Chang Mai, studying spiritual massage with Maria Lucia Bittencourt Sauer, working in a gym as a personal trainer, teaching yoga, and serving with the Big Sur Volunteer Fire Brigade as a medic, a firefighter and member of the cliff rescue team.

 

My goal as a massage therapist is simple — to provide a heartfelt Esalen massage tailored to individual needs in a safe environment in the heart of Morro Bay.
